The Appointment of a Contractor to undertake construction of Stephen Dlamini Dam.Client Bank Account
Umngeni-uThukela Water will only consider submissions from tenderers who satisfy the following criteria:
a)The tenderer completed the Bidders Disclosure Form (T2.2.2)
b)Tenderers are required to achieve at least 35% Contract Participation Goals (CPG) including a minimum 25% for enterprises from uMngeni-uThukela Water area of operation participation and 10% for Local participation of the value of goods, services and Works paid to one or more enterprises (CPG Partner/s).
c)The Tenderer must have an active CIDB grading of 9CE
