a)The tenderer completed the Bidders Disclosure Form (T2.2.2)
b)The Tenderer must have an active CIDB grading of 1ME or higher is required
c)A compulsory clarification meeting with representatives of uMngeni-uThukela Water
d)Valid South African Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Contractor Association (SARACCA) Certificate
are eligible to submit tenders.
