b)The tenderer completed the contract form(SBD 7.2)
c)The tenderers must have an active CIDB grading of 2CE or 2SQ or higher
d)Attendance of compulsory site briefing (signed official briefing session/tender inspection certificate) are eligible to submit tenders.
