Tender Description
DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE: PORT SHEPSTONE NEW MAGISTRATE COURT - Repair all air-conditioning units that are not working.Client Bank Account
Only tenderers who submit a valid SAQCC gas certificate or certified copy of SAQCC gas card for technician ( AIR-CONDITIONING & REFRIGERATION RELATED) employed by the bidding company.Should the gas card not have the bidding company-it will not be considered.
Bidding companies must provide proof that their employed technicians or artisans are qualified. The submission of valid qualifications ( TRADE TEST) and accreditation if applicable will be a condition of appointment.
Bidders must demonstrate proven experience in Building Management System ( BMS) projects completed within the last five (5) years.
As evidence,bidders are required to submit at least one (01) contactable reference from previous clients, including client details and a brief overview of the services provided.Each reference must be supported by a letter of award and completion certificate for projects valued above R 100 000.00. Bidders who fail to provide satisfactory proof of relevant BMS project experience will not be considered as the facility is a high-profile BMS site requiring specialised expertise are eligible to submit tenders.
