Submitting Content
SAFCEC members and stakeholders are encouraged to submit news, articles and / or banner advertisements for consideration of inclusion in the newsletter.
Guidelines for submitting news pieces and articles: –
- There is no word limit on the submission
- The SAFCEC newsletter is distributed each Tuesday – content submission closes at 12h00 on the preceeding Thursday
- Submission of content does not guarantee placement in the newsletter
- Content inclusion is at the discretion of SAFCEC
- Headlines and subheads are subject to change, content may be edited for style or substance, links may be added for context, and art/images may be added at the discretion of SAFCEC
Guidelines for submitting advertisements: –
- Provide the name and website of your business / event. If no website exists, provide contact details
- Banner advertisements must be submitted in a .jpg format, no higher than 72dpi
- Banner advertisements must be no wider than 640 pixels and no higher than 350 pixels
- Submission of content does not guarantee placement in the newsletter
- Inclusion is at the discretion of SAFCEC
